• Make sure your iPhone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network (not a guest network) and the TV is switched on.
• Allow Local Network access: on iPhone, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network and turn on REMOTE TV.
• Some routers block devices from seeing each other (client or AP isolation). Turn that off, or try another network.
• Restart the TV and scan again.

When you connect for the first time, the TV shows a prompt asking to allow the device. Choose Allow on the TV using its own remote. If you chose Deny earlier, remove the device in the TV's settings (usually under Connection → External Device Manager → Device Connection Manager) and try again.

Accept the connection prompt on the TV. If the touchpad or pointer does not respond, make sure the TV is awake and connect again.

Some TVs, such as Android TV / Google TV models, show a pairing code. Enter it in the app to complete pairing. Support for these platforms varies by model and software.

Open About & Help in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID that you used to buy Premium.

Open About & Help → Manage Subscription in the app, or go to your Apple ID subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

In My TVs, choose Forget for the TV. This deletes the TV's saved details and pairing credentials from your iPhone.
